So I was thinking how tulle skirts and dresses are so popular right now; I was just wondering if someone has any ideas on what else would be fun to make out of tulle.... I'm up for a challenge! Who ever comes up with the best idea will get to have a skirt made for free. So get all your friends involved!!! Lets see what creative ideas you can come up with.
****So far let me tell you I have had a few ideas on what to make. exp. Fairy wings made from tying the tool around hangers, to new style of hair-bows. I will get pics posted soon, remember to get your ideas in soon!
